Executive Summary
Claflin brought Brave River on to do a gap analysis of their current ERP system, seeing where their existing system(s) were falling short in meeting their current needs and future plans. Once these gaps were identified Claflin asked Brave River to assist with the selection of their new ERP system.
Challenge
- To find a solution that met their unique needs including the ability for rapid communication through EDI.
- Provide for the ability to manage contracts and rebates.
- Change Management in moving from the old system to the new system while still running their existing/growing business.
Solution
Brave River identified areas for process improvement through a gap analysis. An ERP system was then selected that would meet their specific needs. The system was implemented by Brave River and employees were trained and empowered to manage it on their own.
