Executive Summary

Brave River Solutions was engaged to provide IT guidance and review the current infrastructure.  The Quonset Development Corporation was running on a variety of technology platforms, which increased costs and decreased efficiency.  IT administration had become burdensome and multiple locations were serviced centrally from Quonset.

Challenge

Decrease spending and reduce downtime of phone and internet service.
Improve performance of their ERP system, and consolidate file/print/e-mail services locally.
Increase reliability of IT infrastructure.

Solution

To promote efficiency within the Quonset Development Corporation we consolidated databases and telecommunications technologies.  A new phone system was selected, the ERP system was updated, the infrastructure was consolidated and we validated installed software and licensing.
