Improving system uptime through selection and consolidation of technologies.
Ensure licensing compliance given the vendor's different and changing licensing policies.
Reduce repetitive issues by analyzing the root causes.

Solution

We evaluated the current systems and determined that it was necessary to consolidate servers and databases.  We minimized the number of vendors for all aspects of IT including telecommunications, website technology and platforms.  The website itself was rewritten making it supportable by staff.
