Account Manager

Brave River Solutions is a leading provider of Web-based technology solutions and Internet marketing solutions to clients throughout the US. Positions are in our Warwick, RI office. The Account Manager oversees a variety of website and digital marketing engagements for our clients.


The Account Manager provides the organization and creative leadership necessary for successful and fun client projects. They are responsible for guiding multiple projects with teams consisting of designers, developers, and internet marketing specialists.  

The Account Manager is also responsible for coordinating and monitoring project schedules, budgets, project goals, and client satisfaction. Excellent written and oral communications are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Client as a Project Manager
  • Gather business requirements & project goals
  • Formalize resource needs & create a project plan
  • Develop a relationship with clients and assist in future business development
  • Conduct weekly status meetings
  • Develop a test plan and conduct formal QA before passing site/system to the Client for project acceptance.
  • Assist with triage and communication of support requests for existing Brave River clients

The successful candidate will have at least 1 years of experience in some/all of the following aspects of Project Management, Account Management, in a web / digital environment:

  • Client interaction in a consulting environment
  • Management of Client & internal resources
  • Web Development / eCommerce development
  • Client requirements
  • Marketing strategy
  • Social Media management
  • Content Development / Blogging
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Paid Search
  • Project Estimating
  • Graphical design / UI / UX
  • Structuring test plans and executing QA testing
