Market Leaders- Brave River Earns Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Status
Warwick, RI (May 25, 2010) - Today, Brave River advanced its already growing position as a leader in the eBusiness industry by earning recognition as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.
The company rose to a new level by earning two more Microsoft Competency recognitions in the areas of Windows Server Platform and Web Development. This recognition was achieved not simply by a mere display of technical proficiency. Brave River gathered these competencies through their exceptional customer satisfaction ratings and communication skills. Scoring well above average in almost all areas on the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) feedback survey, the growing powerhouse has much to show for its continually devoted work.
Brave River achieved the status of Certified Partner in November 2009 with their Microsoft-based content management system for business and eCommerce storefronts. Meeting Microsoft’s standards for an exemplary product, the CMS earned the company Microsoft Competency recognition under the Independent Software Vendor/Software Solutions category. Gold Certified Partners are the highest level of recognized members in Microsoft’s widely-known Partner Network. In order to achieve this prestigious level, a company must prove efficiency beyond the one area of competence required to be a Certified Partner. The system is based on “Partner Points,” which are awarded for various displays of proficiency with the Microsoft development platform. Gold Certified Partners are required to earn 120 points, which is more than double the amount required to become a Certified Partner.
