Warwick, RI - December 04, 2015 - Brave River Solutions is pleased to announce the launch of a new informational website for East Passage Boatwrights (EPBW), a full-service marine yard located in Bristol, RI. The site, which was created using responsive web design technology, features stunning full screen imagery and sophisticated photo galleries that highlight the company’s work.
In addition to outlining EPBW’s services and history, the website serves as an online portfolio. The homepage showcases photographs of wooden boat and yacht restoration projects completed by EPBW, and additional photos of each stage of restoration can be viewed in multiple photo galleries, organized by project name and type.
Once EPBWS.com was developed, Brave River’s online marketing team performed both search engine optimization (SEO) and a social media “jumpstart” to increase the site’s visibility. “Online success depends on more than just a beautifully designed website,” said Brave River’s president, Ernie Gaines. “Services such as SEO and social media can help attract visitors to a site, where they can then be converted into customers.”
Using the latest SEO techniques, Brave River’s specialists reviewed and edited onsite content in order to increase optimization and performed offsite SEO work, including local search optimization. Social media accounts were then created and optimized for EPBW on a number of channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Google and Instagram. A Pinterest account was also created, and several photographs from EPBW’s photo galleries were “pinned,” giving the company a head start on managing their account.
