Brave River’s Support Plans During the COVID-19 Pandemic

We hope you are staying safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. Given the impact the virus is having on our communities, clients, partners, employees and families, we would like to take a minute to share our Business Continuity Plans with you.

Brave River Solutions recently tested our ability for our entire company to work remotely and continue to provide all services to our clients. We have been maintaining “social distancing” and following the guidance of public health authorities. We have also advised all our personnel that they should self-quarantine if they believe it to be necessary.

Given the status of the situation in our home state of Rhode Island, we are now initiating a full work from home plan starting today 3/16/20. This remote work plan will continue for a minimum of one week and will be reassessed weekly based on directions or mandates from government authorities. During this time, we will strive to continue to deliver the same level of service excellence our clients have come to expect of the Brave River team.

All our teams are well equipped to perform their job functions remotely through our proactive measures to provide laptops, soft phone capabilities, VPN access, cloud-based support tools, and access to required applications. Please see specific information below about the Brave River division that you work with.

Web Design, Application Development & Digital Marketing Clients

Our teams will continue uninterrupted on active projects, system/site maintenance, and ongoing marketing plans. If you call one of your Brave River contacts and reach their voicemail, please leave a message and you will receive a prompt return call. We will work with each client to continue our work together, and where appropriate will change upcoming in-person meetings to web-based video/conference calls.

IT Support & Managed Services Clients

Our IT Consultants are actively helping a number of clients to finalize and implement the tools for their organizations to work remotely. If you are a Brave River IT Support client and need assistance with VPN setup or other guidance for remote working capabilities, please contact our helpdesk. While our onsite visits for MSP clients may need to be reduced during this difficult time, our full IT Support team is available to continue to provide remote support for your organization’s users whether they are working in your offices or at home.

We understand the important role that technology, websites, and marketing play in your business and we take that responsibility very seriously.
