The Challenge
Kenney was operating on old ERP software that wasn’t able to provide the robust tools necessary to support the growing global operation of the manufacturing company’s needs. The company decided to hire a consulting firm to help with the definition of needs, and evaluation of potential software systems.
The Solution
Brave River was retained to perform a detailed business process review, requirements definition, and ERP software selection. The Brave River consultants worked closely with the Kenney selection committee, to conduct a thorough review of the business requirements, and existing business processes. Our team recommended immediate process improvements, created an RFP, identified potential ERP software, and guided the Kenney team through the selection and due diligence process. Our consultants also continued into a targeted Project Management role during the implementation of the selected software.
