We are honored to share that Brave River was selected as a Research Partner and featured contributor in GoodFirms recent global survey, “Know AI CRM to Know Your Customers: Expert Insights from CRM Professionals. The survey explores how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and includes perspectives from business leaders around the world.

About the Survey 

GoodFirms surveyed 530 businesses across 25+ countries (148 from the US) to discuss the benefits of AI in CRM and how understanding AI-powered CRM can help companies know their customers better in 2025. The survey ran for 30 days from February 10 through March 10, 2025. Of the respondents, 51% were CEOs, Directors, and Founders, while the remaining 49% were other top-level executives.

A Few Key Findings 

The survey highlights several trends: 

  • 85.8% of respondents believe that integrating actionable AI within CRM platforms can help brands build exceptional customer relationships. 
  • 91.5% say AI helps brands know their customers better. 
  • AI is seen as a way to automate repetitive sales tasks, drive data-driven marketing, and improve customer data analysis.
