Established in 2004, Patriot Sales & Service, Inc. is a provider of sales and service for the towing truck industry. Owners Jack and Cathy Casali began the business in 2004, selling parts, and servicing and selling trucks out of a one-bay garage in Pawtucket, RI. With an emphasis on customer service and a commitment to developing their employees, the Casali’s successfully grew Patriot Sales & Service, which now operates from a custom-built 27,000 showroom and service facility in Plainville, Massachusetts.
As a seller of new and used trucks, and an authorized warranty service facility for one of the industry’s leading manufacturers, Patriot needed a website that would connect quickly with both their sales and service customer segments.
Patriot needed an easy to browse online catalog of their current inventory. They also needed a website with a contemporary look and feel that would align with their modern showroom and service facility that was styled in Patriot’s red, white, and blue brand palette.
During the design phase, we created a bold, contemporary look and feel that incorporated the red, white, and blue stripe featured in Patriot’s logo. The homepage hero video highlighted Patriot’s modern sales and service facility.
A competitive analysis revealed that most other truck dealers in the region lacked well-designed online catalogs for their new and used inventory, and most offered limited search capabilities. Patriot had an opportunity to build a better searchable catalog.
We built a highly useable site with features and functions that meet Patriot’s customers at each phase of the buying cycle, whether considering a new or used truck, seeking financing, or having their vehicle serviced.
